A clearer path to your clinic.

Help people understand your services, find the right location and reach your reception team. Start with the public website, then agree the work that needs attention.

Step 2 of 6 · What gets reviewed

Every channel, one connected system.

The audit covers search foundations, speed, AI discoverability, trust signals, mobile and social footprint. Local search and content are scoped services; review requests run through WhatsApp AI.

The public customer journey

From a question to a reception conversation

Follow the steps a visitor takes before contacting your team, and decide where the experience needs attention.

  1. Find a service

A visitor searches for a treatment, speciality or nearby clinic.

  2. Understand the offer

Service descriptions explain who the clinic helps and what an enquiry involves.

  3. Check the details

Practitioner information, location and opening hours help the visitor decide whom to contact.

  4. Contact reception

A clear phone, enquiry or booking route connects the visitor with your team.

What to improve within an agreed scope

Agree the pages, channels and handoffs to improve. We confirm the scope and approvals before work starts.

  • Service clarity

Separate factual service information from promotional language. Use terminology your clinical reviewer can approve.

  • Location consistency

Keep address, hours and contact details aligned across the pages and profiles you manage.

  • Reception handoff

Explain the next step and route routine enquiries to the right team without asking for clinical details in a marketing form. With a supported WhatsApp connection, your team can take over AI-assisted conversations, with STOP and opt-out requests respected. Availability depends on the configured services.

  • Content approval

Agree who reviews practitioner credentials, service descriptions and campaign copy before publication.

Start with evidence and a clear scope

We do not need patient records or access to clinical systems for a public-site audit. Clinical accuracy, treatment advice and decisions about patient care remain with your qualified team.

How the scoped work moves forward

  1. Choose the enquiry path

Agree which service, location and reception route the work will support.

  2. Prepare and review

Draft the agreed pages or messages, then obtain your clinical and brand approval.

  3. Publish and check

Confirm links and contact details after approved changes go live; arrange further measurement separately.

Before you start

Does the audit need patient data?

No. The Quixo Audit uses public website evidence. Do not send patient records with a marketing enquiry.

Can we focus on one clinic location?

Yes. Name the location and public pages in your brief. Any detailed branch-page work is scoped separately from the audit.

Who approves treatment-related copy?

Your designated clinical reviewer approves factual treatment and practitioner information before publication.

Start with your clinic’s public website.
