How it works

From website evidence to a clear plan.

Start with a public-site audit. Review the findings, then decide what to handle yourself and what to discuss as a separate service scope.

Step 5 of 6 · AI + Approvals

AI prepares. People approve.

With an agreed scope, Quixo Audit findings turn into tasks. AI drafts the work, a person approves it, and a rescan confirms each fix.

Demo figures, not client results

How Quixo works, step by step

The film on the home page follows one website through Quixo OS, from a free Quixo Audit score to approved work and leads in the Marketing CRM. The score and chart in the film are demo figures, not client results.

The six steps

  1. Start with your public website.

You name your website and get an instant free basic score, built from what is already public on your website, with unavailable information clearly marked rather than guessed.

  2. Every channel, one connected system.

The audit reviews your public homepage: search foundations, site speed, crawl and AI discoverability, security and trust signals, mobile and accessibility, and social footprint. Local search and content marketing are separate services, and review requests run through WhatsApp AI.

  3. One number, with a grade.

You get one overall score out of 100, and the paid report adds a grade and summary, with Essential at $49 / AED 180, Pro at $99 / AED 364 and Enterprise at $179 / AED 657, charged once.

  4. See every area in one view.

Findings are organised by area with unavailable measurements identified, and in the portal One Workspace shows connection health while reporting shows partial-data notices when a source fails.

  5. AI prepares. People approve.

Under AI + Approvals, Quixo Audit findings become deliverables that move from draft to review, approved and published, with a person approving each step and a rescan to confirm each fix.

  6. From conversation to scored lead.

WhatsApp AI drafts replies in a shared inbox where a person can take over, and leads, including Quixo Audit buyers, flow into the Marketing CRM, where every lead score comes with an explanation.

Ordering an audit

  1. Choose the website and audit

Enter your work email and public website, select a tier and confirm you are authorised to request the audit. You can add competitor websites. Nothing is charged at this step.

  2. Verify your email

Open the verification link sent to the address you entered, then continue to your order.

  3. Pay securely

Review your selected tier, then complete the secure checkout. Stripe handles card details.

  4. Choose whether to connect accounts

After payment is confirmed, you can connect your accounts so the audit can also use your own data. This is optional and read-only, and the price is the same either way.

  5. Read the report

When the report is ready, use the links on the order page and in email. Read the measured checks, limitations and priorities together.

What the report covers

The audit reviews your public homepage and its discoverability, not every page or a complete customer journey. Unavailable measurements are labelled clearly.

  • Search foundations

Understand how clearly your public business information is presented to search engines.

  • Site speed

Available performance measurements, with unavailable measurements identified instead of a made-up result.

  • Crawl & AI discoverability

Review the readability of your public business information for search tools and AI assistants.

  • Security & trust signals

Publicly visible information relevant to visitor trust.

  • Mobile & accessibility

Defined mobile and accessibility checks on the public page.

  • Social footprint

Social signals and links visible on the site, rather than analytics from private social accounts.

What your audit gives you

The paid report comes as a PDF and spreadsheet, with findings and priorities according to your selected tier.

Unavailable measurements remain visible. Unless you choose to connect accounts after payment, the report does not include private sales, visitor or advertising-account data. Read the plan details or discuss the scope with us before ordering.

If you want help with implementation

  1. Agree the priorities

Choose the findings to address and set deliverables, responsibilities and access in a written scope.

  2. Track and review the work

For portal clients, tasks and approvals can be organised according to workspace setup and connected services.

  3. Recheck when agreed

Agree the appropriate follow-up measurement to check changes. Implementation and follow-up are not automatically included with the audit purchase.

Questions about ordering and follow-up

Is the audit a subscription?

No. The audit is a one-time purchase. Ongoing services or workspace plans have a separate agreement.

What happens when a check cannot be measured?

It is marked not measured, with no invented result. Read those limitations alongside measured findings when setting priorities.

Are changes implemented automatically?

No. The report provides findings according to the tier. Additional implementation requires agreed scope, approvals and access.
